Portal includes a real phone preview of your guest guidebook alongside the editor. As you update your content, you can see how it will appear to guests before you publish it.

You can also reorder recommendations, feature up to six of your favourites on the homepage and hide places you no longer want guests to see. HostyGuides recommendations remain protected, so the professionally researched foundation of your guidebook stays intact.

Your important pages stay protected

We have deliberately kept Portal simple. Core parts of your guidebook remain protected so you cannot accidentally remove something important, while the areas you can update remain easy to edit.

For example, structured Check-in and Check-out information stays safely in place, while pages such as Welcome and Info can include your own additional content. It gives you flexibility when you need it without turning your guest guide into another website you have to manage.

Managing more than one property?

One HostyGuides Portal account can manage multiple guidebooks. If you have more than one property, simply sign in and choose the guide you want to update. Switching between properties takes just a couple of clicks.
